Standard version has no time restrictions.
Lease version (subscription included, web license not possible) is valid one month (30 consecutive days; it can be renewed as required) and allows to have a full version of SCS for a really interesting and valuable price.
To buy single additional modules you must already own the standard license.

Some standards are cheaper (IS800;
DTR-BC-2.44) and others are discounted if
bought together (EC+ITA; AISC LRFD+ASD)

Multi-user option
|
|
Internet floating license means that multiple computers can use the same license if not simoultaneously
(check-in and check-out is done through the internet and a connection is needed to
start SCS).
If this option is not selected, the license is locked to one single computer

|
Other important notes (please read them all):
- the 'update subscription', alias 'maintenance' (automatically included in the Lease version), is 12% for the first year, then
24% from second year on; this option means you will receive free software
upgrades and technical support by e-mail for one year and then for every subsequent period
- the 'Buy' button will redirect you to a Paypal page to make payment and then receive installation codes (just after
the order is verified)
- the price is in US Dollars
- the Software menus, the Manual, technical support and most parts are in English, so it is essential that the User
knows English even though another language is chosen in the purchasing options
- the software requires Windows Windows 7 or later editions (Windows 8, 9, 10....)

- the user must be a registered engineer and must take full responsibility of connection design; SCS is a tool and
must be used under expert supervision
- the LEASE version is paid per month, in advance; it can be very convenient
to evaluate SCS in full version or if SCS is used uncontinuously (every time the engineer needs it, he/she can pay the one month rent);
please note that the user could even change the standard, if
needed, when renewing therefore it can work out great to maximize the available budget,
depending on needs
- the license is per computer, not per user, therefore if you buy one license you
can install it on only one computer; if you need to install it on more
computers, you need to buy the internet floating license (use the appropriate checkbox
in the options)
- installation support is included for demo version; technical support is included for 30 days after
purchase; extended technical support then available only with 'update subscription' option
- if you already own a license with the 'update subscription' option and you
are buying additional modules, don't choose again 'update subscription'
- academic pricing is 50% of regular prices
